As the Coronavirus crisis continues and people are struggling with unemployment or working from home, we want to let you know that we're still open and here to help you adjust to this current way of life.
Over the past few weeks, we've been working with countless individuals who have been struggling with poor cell phone signal at home and need a more reliable connection for calls and data. Here are some of the things that we're doing to help:
- We're here from 9am to 7pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday, to work with you through whatever issues you're facing.
- Understanding that everyone is budget constrained these days, so working with each individual to figure out ways to get them what they need in the most affordable manner possible.
- Shipping your order out as soon as possible. We're diligently working to make sure orders placed by 3pm Eastern go out the same day.
- Responding to customer emails as fast as possible, so you can get the answer or solution that you need.
At the same time, the health and safety of our employees is our topmost priority, so we've taken steps to ensure that our entire team can work from home for the foreseeable future. This may mean that our office phones may not sound perfect or you hear a family member in the background, but we'd rather have these small inconveniences rather than put anyone in harm's way, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
