Shipping & Delivery
At UberSignal, we offer multiple shipping options for your convenience. All orders sent via free shipping (see below) or ground shipping may take between 3 and 6 days to ship from our warehouse. The delivery time for free and ground shipping is not guaranteed and no refunds will be issued due to late delivery. Orders with expedited shipping that are received before 1pm EST, Monday through Friday, generally ship the same day, with all others shipping the following business day. If your order contains any products that are out of stock, pre-order, or back-ordered, it may take additional time to ship.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification containing a tracking number, if one is available. Using the tracking number, you can view the delivery progress and see the estimated delivery date.

Free Shipping On Most Orders Over $99 - Contiguous U.S. Only
We understand that nobody likes to pay for shipping on top of the cost of your order, so we're happy to offer free ground shipping on most orders over $99 to locations in the contiguous United States that are placed on our website.
There are a few products that we're not able to offer free shipping on due to their size and weight, but the majority of our products are eligible.

International Orders, Hawaii and Alaska
All international orders and orders to Hawaii and Alaska will have the cost of shipping automatically calculated at checkout, based on the size, weight and destination of the order. We are unfortunately unable to offer free shipping to locations outside of the contiguous United States.
60 Day Money Back Guarantee on Most Products
At UberSignal, we know that everyone’s situation is different and in some cases, it’s possible that a signal booster may not work quite like you had hoped. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60 day return policy on most products, during which you can return your order for a refund, provided that you meet the following Terms and Conditions.
Certain products are unfortunately not able to be returned, including custom made cables, clearance products, signal meters not in factory sealed condition, and special order items.

Refund Processing Timeframe
Once a return arrives at our warehouse, you should receive an email notification of your refund within 10 business days, depending on the number of items that need to be processed. If after 10 business days you have not received an email notification of your refund, then please contact us and we'll follow up for you.
Return Policy Terms & Conditions
- The return period starts on the day the product is delivered and ends after 60 days.
- The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels except in situations where we make a significant mistake in processing the order.
- All products being returned must be in original condition with no scratches, dents, or other damage. All original items must be returned, including, but not limited to, antennas, cables, components, manuals, and all original packaging materials.
- Returns must be placed in an outer shipping box to avoid any damage to the product packaging.
- Any RMA numbers must be written on the outer shipping box.
- Retail product packaging must not be written on, taped, or otherwise damaged in any way.
- Refunds will be made for the original purchase price including tax paid minus any applicable restocking fees (see below). Shipping is not refundable.
- Refunds will be in the form of the original payment.
- Products that were not authorized to be returned, sent freight collect, mailed after the return period has expired, or that do not meet any of these terms and conditions may be rejected or subjected to a restocking fee of up to 20%, at our discretion.
- If an item is not accepted for return, at the customer’s option, it may be mailed back to the customer at their own expense.
