The CEL-FI GO RV Kit is the ultimate signal booster system for people who are serious about staying connected while RVing. The CEL-FI GO is a single carrier booster system that can support one of the following carriers at a time: Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile. If you decide to switch carriers or need to boost a different carrier for a guest, just launch the smartphone WAVE app and you can instantly update the booster to support a different carrier.
By supporting only a single carrier, the CEL-FI GO is covered by a different set of FCC rules that allows it to have up to 100 dB of gain while stationary (vs 70 dB for multi-carrier systems) and 65 dB of gain while moving (vs 50 dB for multi-carrier systems). This extra gain can dramatically increase your coverage area inside of the RV and can help you stay connected in places where other amplifiers fall short. To adjust between stationary and mobile mode, you just use the smartphone WAVE app to update the booster.
Why the CEL-FI GO RV?
- More powerful than multi-carrier boosters, for the most coverage inside with a weak to moderate outside signal.
- Maximum uplink power to ensure that the signal from the vehicle gets back to the distant cell tower.
- Can be configured to support a different carrier as needed using the free smartphone app.
- Can be converted to a mobile booster when in transit, for a full 65 dB of gain, which is ideal for RVs, Boats, and other large vehicles.
- Works wirelessly. No physical connection to your phone required.
- Supports multiple phones and all carriers at the same time.
- Everything you need is included in the kit.
- Fewer dropped calls
- Faster Internet data speeds
- Better voice quality
- Texts that send quickly
- Longer battery life
Your purchase is covered by our 60-day money back guarantee, so you can try it risk free, and our friendly, US-based technical support team is standing by to assist with anything you need. Your equipment is also covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty, for extra peace of mind.
Recommended For
The CEL-FI GO RV system is recommended for anyone who wants the most coverage possible in an RV, 5th wheel, travel trailer, Sprinter van, or another large vehicle. The GO RV works best when everyone has phones or mobile devices from the same carrier since it will only boost one carrier at a time.
How it Works
The CEL-FI GO RV System starts with an omnidirectional outdoor antenna that receives the existing cell signal available outside of the RV. Many people mount the antenna to a rear ladder or to roof rails, and generally, the higher you can get it the stronger the signal will be.
From the outdoor antenna, there’s a 30 ft RG-6 cable that runs into the RV where it connects to the GO amplifier using an adapter. Coming out of the GO Amplifier, there is a 20 ft cable that connects to an indoor panel antenna. The inside panel antenna broadcasts the boosted signal and can be located inside in the area where you need a stronger signal.
The entire process also works in reverse, so you get a strong and reliable connection back to the distant cell towers.
Some additional notes:
- The GO amplifier plugs into power and comes with both an AC and a DC CLA power adapter to give you multiple power options whether you’re connected to a campground AC power or you’re boondocking and running off of solar and batteries.
- The included 30 ft RG-6 cable is used to connect the outside antenna to the amplifier and can be trimmed & re-terminated if less cable is needed. A longer RG-6 cable can also be used, however, if you need more than 40 ft, we recommend using an RG-11 cable for less signal loss.
- Different cable lengths are available for custom installations. Please contact us if you need to customize this kit.
Estimated Inside Coverage
The strength of your existing outside signal, measured in the location where you plan to mount the outside antenna, has a direct impact on the amount of inside coverage you'll get from a signal booster. The distance between the inside and outside antennas can also significantly impact the size of the coverage area. The table below shows how much coverage you may get depending on your outside signal strength:
Existing Outside Signal Strength | Estimated Inside Coverage |
---|---|
Strong (5 Bars) | Most of the RV |
Medium (3-4 Bars) | Most of the RV |
Weak (1-2 Bars) | Up to 15 feet from the inside antenna |
None (0 Bars) | No Coverage |
Please Note: It is important to remember that there are many factors that impact the size of the inside coverage area, so actual results may vary from these estimates.
Will this Work for my Phone and Carrier?
The CEL-FI GO RV is designed to boost only one carrier at a time. The booster can be reconfigured to change which carrier is boosted, so you’re not locked in to just one carrier, but it will only boost the carrier that it is configured for.
