The strength of your existing outside signal, measured where you plan to mount the outside antenna, has a direct impact on the amount of inside coverage you'll get from a signal booster. The table below provides general estimates based on signal strength:

• Strong (5 Bars): Coverage up to 100,000 square feet
• Medium (3–4 Bars): Up to 37,500 square feet
• Weak (1–2 Bars): Up to 10,000 square feet
• None (0 Bars): No coverage

Optional Wideband Upgrade

For deployments that require additional carrier support or extended frequency range, the SpeedLink 5G system can be upgraded to boost the wider C-band spectrum. This upgrade provides a pathway to cover multiple carriers and future 5G services as they become available. AT&T compatibility can be activated through a retransmission agreement, making it possible to expand service without replacing hardware. The SureCall SpeedLink 5G C-Band Signal Booster is designed for fast, flexible installation in large indoor environments. It does not require fiber backhaul, which helps reduce installation time and cost. The system can be deployed in office buildings, hospitals, hotels, warehouses, and other commercial or enterprise settings. Installers can complete setup using existing cable runs (with compatible coax) and standard mounting hardware.

The booster kit includes everything needed to cover up to 50,000 square feet. Additional units or system tuning can expand that coverage up to 100,000 square feet in buildings with strong outdoor signal. The included exterior MIMO panel antenna captures the 5G signal from outside, while four interior MIMO ceiling antennas distribute coverage throughout the indoor space.

To assist with proper placement and tuning, installers can use the SureCall mobile app. It provides real-time signal feedback, helping identify the best antenna locations and confirm system performance during setup. After installation, the SureCall Cloud platform enables remote monitoring, status checks, and diagnostics from anywhere.

Installation Tips

• Choose a strong signal location for the exterior antenna: Mount the panel antenna where the 5G UWB signal is strongest, typically on the roof or an exterior wall.
• Maximize antenna separation: Maintain vertical and horizontal distance between the outdoor and indoor antennas to prevent feedback or oscillation.
• Plan cable routing before install: Ensure clean, protected pathways for coaxial cable runs, especially in drop ceilings or through wall penetrations.
• Use the SureCall app during setup: Real-time readings help fine-tune antenna aim and ensure the system is operating at peak performance.

Secure all connections: Confirm tight, weather-protected connections at each cable junction to ensure long-term reliability.

Every SureCall SpeedLink system includes built-in support for remote monitoring through the SureCall Cloud platform. This cloud-based interface gives installers, IT teams, and building managers the ability to check system status, view historical performance, and make configuration changes without needing to be on-site.

Each booster also includes a Bluetooth IoT antenna and comes with three years of SureCall Cloud service at no additional cost. Activation is completed before shipment, so setup is straightforward once the unit is installed.

The SureCall Cloud platform allows you to:
