Install the lightning protector in-line on the coaxial cable that runs between your outdoor antenna and your amplifier. It should be placed as close as possible to the point where the cable enters the building. This allows the protector to intercept surges before they reach your indoor equipment.

Step-by-step

1. Power down your system before installation
2. Connect the coax cable from the outdoor antenna to one end of the lightning protector
