How it Works The Wilson Pro 70 system uses a yagi directional outside antenna that's typically mounted to a pole (not included), at or above the roofline of your home or office, so it can pick up the strongest existing cell signal in your area. That existing signal is received by the antenna and sent over a cable to the Pro 70 amplifier, which boosts the signal and then passes it over a short jumper cable to a low loss splitter. The splitter than passes that signal over two new cables to two inside panel antennas.
