Overview
Signal dies a few feet inside most commercial buildings, and the cost shows up everywhere. Sales staff step outside to take calls, the front-desk tablet drops connection mid-transaction, warehouse scanners lose their session halfway through a count. The hardware is fine in every one of those cases, the cellular path between the tower and the people inside is what failed.
The WilsonPro Enterprise 3300 is a wideband bi-directional amplifier built for small and medium-size commercial buildings. Wilson launched it in August 2026 as the middle of the Enterprise line. Three amplifiers sit in a single wall-mounted chassis that carries three outdoor ports and three independently controlled indoor ports. That layout boosts every major US and Canada carrier at once while covering a warehouse floor, a front office, and a mezzanine as separate zones.
Facilities managers and IT directors are the buyers here. They run offices, clinics, retail floors, schools, and municipal buildings where one antenna in the lobby was never going to be enough.

- Every carrier at once: The 3300 boosts 4G LTE and 5G from all major US and Canada carriers simultaneously across bands 12/17, 13, 5, 4, and 25. Wideband architecture means there is no carrier-specific configuration, no channel programming, and no bandwidth allocation to manage.
- Three independent zones: The 3300 drives three indoor antenna ports, each controlled on its own, so a warehouse floor, a front office, and a conference wing run at different levels. Areas that need more output get it without overdriving the ones that do not.
- Multi-Tower Targeting: Three outdoor ports feed the amplifier, and common mode runs all of them from a single donor antenna by default. Split mode aims up to three donor antennas at different towers, which matters when your carriers do not share a direction.
- Extended Dynamic Range: XDR adjusts gain automatically so the amplifier never shuts down when the outside signal is strong. This is the same XDR that the flagship Enterprise 4330 runs, so a rooftop antenna within sight of a tower does not knock the system offline.
- High output: The 3300 delivers up to 26 dBm of uplink power and 17 dBm downlink per band per port, at 70 dB max gain. Uplink is what gets a phone heard by a distant tower, and per-port downlink means every zone runs at full strength instead of splitting one budget.
- Cellular Network Scanning: The unit measures real-time RSRP and RSRQ for major US and Canada carriers at the indoor antenna ports, then shows the readings on a 4.3-inch color LCD touchscreen. Your installer tunes against measured numbers rather than bars on a phone.
- Remote monitoring: WilsonPro Cloud connects through a wired Ethernet drop and reports system status without anyone driving to the site. There is no built-in cellular modem, so plan a network run to the amplifier location during design.
How It Works
The outside antenna receives signal from nearby towers, the amplifier boosts it, and the three inside antennas broadcast it through the spaces that need coverage. The wideband design amplifies every supported band at once, so carrier aggregation keeps working the way the phone expects. Any handset, hotspot, or cellular device on a major network is covered. No one has to choose a carrier at commissioning, and a tenant that switches later changes nothing about the system.
Common mode is the default, and one donor antenna on the roof feeds the whole system. Split mode handles buildings where the carriers live on different towers. Point a separate donor antenna at each one, and the weak carrier gets its own aim instead of sharing a compromise.
Indoor coverage splits three ways from there. Each inside port drives its own antenna run and is controlled separately, so the machine shop and the front office can be tuned to what each area actually needs.
Built as a Starting Point
The 3300 ships as a complete system, and in most buildings it is the amplifier at the center of a larger design. The box covers three zones with dome antennas and 400 feet of Wilson400 cable, which is a genuine starting point rather than a finished answer. Most real deployments add inside antennas beyond the three included, and some call for a different antenna type entirely. The same unit drives all of it.
This is the part where the engineering matters more than the purchase order. We have designed 1,500+ systems since 2012, for clients that include NASA, Google, Amazon, and AT&T, and the work always starts with the building rather than the product page. We once assessed a Fortune 100 distribution center, about 200,000 square feet of metal building, where a consumer booster would have covered maybe 5% of the space. Commercial equipment with distributed antenna placement designed for that specific building was what actually solved it. 94% of commercial buildings sit under 50,000 sq ft, which is the range where a properly engineered booster system or a passive DAS handles the building without an active DAS budget. Get the antenna count and placement wrong, and the same equipment leaves half the floor dark.

Who It's For
Office buildings tend to have one good corner and several bad ones. The interior conference room has no windows, the back half of the floor sits behind a Low-E glass envelope, and the break area is somehow worse than both. Three independently controlled zones let you push output where the dead spots are instead of flooding an entire floor to fix one room.
Clinics and medical offices are built out of concrete and lead-lined imaging walls, and the staff inside cannot afford a dropped call. Coverage needs are not uniform either, because the imaging suite takes far more help than the waiting area. The 3300 feeds the hard zone at full output while easier areas run lower, and one unit drives both.
Metal warehouses are about the worst case for cellular, and one dead spot on the walkthrough usually turns into three. Racking absorbs signal in the aisles, the mezzanine office sits behind drywall and steel, and the shipping dock sits at the far end of the building. Run a separate zone to each of those areas off one unit, and scanners hold their session and the dock crew keeps signal.
Retail floors and municipal buildings share a problem, the public space and the back of house need very different amounts of signal. Point of sale terminals and customer phones live out front, while the stockroom, the basement records room, and the mechanical space behind it get nothing. Three zones cover the sales floor, the back rooms, and the lower level, so you are not buying separate systems.
Choosing Within the WilsonPro Line
The Enterprise 1300 runs one indoor port, which makes it a single-zone amplifier for a simple space with one coverage problem. The 3300 triples that indoor capacity with three independently controlled ports, and it is the right call for most small and mid-size commercial buildings that need coverage in more than one area. The four-port Enterprise 4300 and the flagship Enterprise 4330 handle the largest and most complex buildings, and the 4330 adds channelized control that the 3300 does not offer.
The whole Enterprise line shares wideband boosting, XDR, and Multi-Tower Targeting, so the real decision comes down to how many zones the building needs and how scattered the carrier towers are. Honestly, that call is easier to make with a floor plan in front of us than from a spec comparison.
