Overview

The WilsonPro Enterprise 4300 is a powerful cell signal booster designed for large buildings where coverage needs to reach across multiple floors, wings, or departments. It’s best suited for situations where the amplifier can be placed in a central spot, and antennas can be distributed outward to cover wide areas.

Unlike standard boosters, the 4300 gives installers the option to connect three separate outdoor antennas, each dedicated to a specific frequency range. This makes it possible to point each antenna at a different tower, optimizing performance across all major carriers. If targeting towers isn’t necessary, the system can also run in a more traditional mode using just one donor antenna.

It works with all carriers in the US, Canada, and Mexico, boosting voice, text, and data on both 4G and 5G networks. Phones and data devices connect wirelessly, there’s no need for cables or configuration per user or provider.

One of the key features is the built-in remote monitoring system, which connects through its own cellular modem or an ethernet port. This allows 24/7 access to system health, performance alerts, and remote management, without needing to tie into your building’s internal IT network.

The amplifier also includes WilsonPro’s XDR technology, which prevents signal overload. Even if your outside signal is extremely strong, the system automatically adjusts to keep performance stable and compliant.

For complex layouts or extra-large buildings, the 4300 is often used as part of a custom-designed system. If a centralized install doesn’t make sense for your space, a better approach might be using multiple WilsonPro 1300 units in key locations.

Coverage Area & Supported Carriers

The strength of your outside signal, measured where you mount the antenna, affects how much indoor coverage the system provides. Use the chart below for general guidance:

Coverage Estimates:

  • Strong (5 Bars): Up to 100,000 sq ft
  • Medium (3–4 Bars): Up to 37,500 sq ft
  • Weak (1–2 Bars): Up to 10,000 sq ft
  • None (0 Bars): No coverage

Please note: Many factors impact indoor coverage, so results may vary.

Supported Devices

  • All phones, hotspots, tablets, and cellular data devices
  • No physical connection required — boosts signal wirelessly

Supported Networks

  • 4G LTE and 5G (on FCC-approved bands)
  • Also supports legacy 2G and 3G where still available

Frequencies Boosted

  • 700 MHz (Bands 12/13/17)
  • 800 MHz (Band 5)
  • 1700/2100 MHz (Band 4)
  • 1900 MHz (Band 25/2)

Carriers

  • Works with all major US and Canadian carriers: Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, UScellular, Bell, Telus, Rogers, and others
  • Also supports most MVNOs (e.g., Cricket, Straight Talk, Boost, etc.)
  • Compatible with many carriers in Mexico and parts of Central/South America

Regulatory Advisories

This is a CONSUMER device.
BEFORE USE, you MUST REGISTER THIS DEVICE with your wireless provider and have your provider's consent. Most wireless providers consent to the use of signal boosters. Some providers may not consent to the use of this device on their network. If you are unsure, contact your provider. You MUST operate this device with approved antennas and cables as specified by the manufacturer. Antennas MUST be installed at least 20 cm (8 inches) from any person. You MUST cease operating this device immediately if requested by the FCC or a licensed wireless service provider. WARNING. E911 location information may not be provided or may be inaccurate for calls served by using this device.

Please note, the four largest carriers - AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and Sprint - and more than 90 regional carriers have given blanket consent for use of all boosters certified to the new FCC standards.

Common Questions About Commercial Projects

How much does a commercial signal booster system cost?

Most commercial systems cost between $5,000 and $35,000 depending on building size, construction materials, and how many antennas your layout requires. That includes the amplifier, antennas, cabling, and all components. Larger or multi-building projects can run higher. We provide custom quotes because every building is different.

What happens after I submit the form?

We'll send you a price quote, usually within a few hours and always within 1 business day. If your project needs a full system design, a signal expert will reach out for a brief conversation about your space, then send you a detailed proposal. The consultation is always complimentary.

Will I get bombarded with sales calls?

No. For price quotes, we email you and that's it. For consultations, one team member will reach out to understand your space. If you're not ready to move forward, that's the end of it. We don't have a follow-up sales team, and we never sell your information.

Why should I buy from UberSignal instead of directly from the manufacturer?

We carry every major brand - weBoost, SureCall, WilsonPro, Cel-Fi. That means we recommend the right system for your building, not just one manufacturer's product. We also provide system design, professional installation coordination, and ongoing support that manufacturers don't offer to end customers.

Do I need professional installation?

For commercial systems, we strongly recommend it. Proper antenna placement, cable routing, and signal optimization make the difference between a system that works and one that doesn't. We coordinate professional installation, or provide technical guidance if you're working with your own installer or IT team.

What if a signal booster won't work for my building?

We evaluate your situation before you spend anything. If a booster won't solve your problem, we'll tell you upfront and explain what will. For buildings that need a full distributed antenna system, we can design hybrid DAS solutions or refer you to an active DAS partner.

Don't Guess. Get It Right the First Time.

Every week your building has dead zones is a week your team is working around a problem with a straightforward fix.
